Initiated in 2012 to appoint banking experts, UBF continued its collaboration during 2015 with the Ministry of Justice and the UAE Central Bank, which yielded the adoption of a expert classification system by the Ministry of Justice.
The criteria for classification of candidates include professional experience record, academic credentials, and completion of training courses. The move is in line with the UBF’s aim of keeping up with the latest global developments and application of best international practices to enhance the banking industry. With the aim of enhancing efficiency and transparency, and evaluating and accrediting the court banking experts, UBF has developed an advanced online exam exclusive for candidates who seek certification as court banking experts. The initiative comes in line with UBF objective of keeping up with the latest global developments to promote digital transformation and adopt best international practices in all domains and effectively streamline the court banking experts' profession within the country’s judicial authorities.
